- Workplace Experiences: Actively participate in all workplace experiences aligned with agreed-upon developmental objectives.
- Learning: Engage in and attend all training and development sessions according to agreed developmental goals.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Provide necessary support to customers and the team as needed to ensure consistent team performance.
- Administration: Efficiently handle all administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- South African citizenship.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Successful completion of Matric.
- English pass mark of 50%+; Second Additional Language pass mark of 50%+; Math/Maths Lit pass mark of 50%+.
- Currently not employed.
- Not currently enrolled at a Higher Institution of Learning.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Strong command of the English language (ability to read, write, and speak English).
- Effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Collaborative team player.
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
- Clear criminal record.
- Clear credit record.
- Previous knowledge in banking (beneficial but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in the retail sector (beneficial but not mandatory).
Education:
- National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates in Human Resources Management.
