Basic Eligibility Requirements:
- South African Citizenship
- Age below 35 years
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Not enrolled in any other educational institution
- No prior participation in a Learnership or Internship Programme
- Completed qualification
Required Education:

- B Com Accounting
- Financial Management (with a focus on Management Accounting)
- BTech Cost & Management Accounting
- Honours Information Science
- B Com (Law) / BA (Law) or LLB
- Diploma in Risk Management
- Diploma in Travel & Facilities Management
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Information Science or Archives studies
- Information Technology
- LLB or Degree in Law
- Bcom Business Management
- Bcom Quantitative Economics or Industry Policy
- BCom Human Resource Management
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Development
- Degree in Psychology
- Master’s in Psychology (Completed or in progress)
- Diploma in Information Management or Archival Studies
